(Only Dr. Castillo comes to your home, no surgery services) PLEASE NOTE: Booking requests are only confirmed once a deposit link is received. When necessary, if your requested date and time of appointment is unavailable you will be contacted with another availability. Please wait to receive a confirmation email from our staff regarding your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel or reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Your booking fee is non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours of your appointment.
